Publish Now: FBI Hate Crime Statistics
We have published a new ready-to-publish data set of hate crime statistics for the whole of 2011. The data was collected form the federal Hate Crime Statistics Program, monitored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The program collected reports from 14,575 law enforcement agencies across the U.S. in 2011.
More than 86% of participating agencies reported no crimes defined as “hate crimes” (defined as those in which bias against the victim’s race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or disability was the motivation for the crime). Hate crimes were reported by 1,944 agencies, which recorded 6,222 such incidents.
The data set can be a great addition to online news reports chronicling crime in your area. The data set is ready to be published as a searchable database on any website.
This data set is free to use for all Caspio customers. Visit the App gallery to request your copy today.
