For the past five years, the Caspio Voter Guide has served as a turn-key solution to manage election data for our newspaper and broadcast customers.

The application architecture is quite extensive since it supports all national, state, and local races and ballot initiatives.

The public-facing interface allows website visitors to submit their location to retrieve all the upcoming races, candidates, and ballot issues that are relevant to them.

Users can read through each candidate’s background and key issues, including candidate responses to the editor’s questions. They can even mark their selections and print a customized ballot to take to the polls for easy reference while voting.

The Voter Guide also provides powerful administrative capabilities to website owners. The hyper-local app supports all race levels down to the neighborhood and school district. The system includes a mass email program to invite (and remind) candidates to create their profile and answer pre-defined questions put forth by the editor.

Caspio created this solution in close collaboration with our media customers to ensure the app meets the typical requirements for election management.
