The new features are very nice additions – thank you. You may want to consider an option to allow placement of the navigation controls above the content shown on the details page. Often the content on my detail pages varies in length which moves the navigation controls up and down the page as it refreshes. The controls at the top of the page may remedy that issue.
Is there a way to permanently link to the results of a specific search or to a specific DataPage even after the app session that created the result group expires?
Ron, The navigation position is customizable in the Style. Edit the style and in the settings screen under Form/Details >> Navigation >> Layout Options you can change the position from bottom to top.
William,
Yes, you can have a permanent link to another DataPage set up as a default-criteria report with static criteria. This URL can be bookmarked and viewed anytime without worrying about being expired. If you want to have several links with different criteria, you can set up the filtering to receive external parameters from the URL. Hope this helps!
Very nice upgrades which will enhance the databases we deploy! I’ve been a Caspio customer for over nine years and have always appreciated the high quality of products and services.
Thanks Hadley! We always appreciate your feedback and personal insights as one of our most valued long-time customers.
